Mr Matthew James is one of London’s leading plastic surgeons, with over 20 years of specialist surgical experience. Mr James completed his surgical training at specialist clinics in London, Cambridge and Australia, including a fellowship at the prestigious McIndoe Surgical Centre. Having performed thousands of successful operations over his career, he founded Cavendish Clinic in 2011, bringing together industry experts and medical professionals to deliver the latest and most effective aesthetic treatments for the face and body and is trainer of cosmetic surgery and hand surgery for the Royal College of Surgeons. In addition, Mr James has a keen interest in DNA SNP analysis, nutrition, light therapy and EMF pollution and its effects.
Dr Shania Lee is a doctor of complementary, alternative medicine, who has 20 years of practical experience working in private practice and in integrative medical clinics that specialised in hormone balancing. Her passion is Functional Medicine and she uses specialised functional testing in her practice to uncover the root cause of Dis-Ease. She also represents Nordic laboratories in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands, where she offers her experience as support and mentoring to her practitioners. Dr Lee is also an educator and has developed a few courses on hormones and nutrigenomics as well as being a sought-after speaker at events.
Annie is a fully qualified Nutritionist graduating from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy in 2017 and is our Nutritional Therapist at Cavendish Wellness. Annie believes in focusing on the patient as an individual, made up of unique genes, with a unique lifestyle and can help support you in regaining vitality. She will design a bespoke plan that will focus on your individual needs, based on your current food intake, your lifestyle demands and if necessary she will look more diagnostically into your health status by using tests that measure for example your Gut Micro biome, your Stress Hormone levels and even your DNA predisposition.
Jessica Valentine is a specialist chartered counselling psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). She offers therapy for both adults and children. She specialises in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focussed Therapy, and self-care support. Jessica works with patients with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma and self-harm. She also deals with substance misuse, behavioural problems, relationship difficulties and family issues.
Having been involved in sports for more than 30 years, ex bodybuilder and wrestler Dan has been working as a personal trainer, remedial massage therapist and sports injury therapist for over a decade. His clients and patients are varied in age and gender, as well as occupation- from athletes and fitness professionals, to actors and office workers. Dan says: “I am here to help you, to motivate and guide you to make the necessary changes to achieve your desired body through personal training and massage. Massage is important for detoxification, to improve posture, release endorphins, encourage blood flow to muscles and skin, for stress relief and keep you injury free.”
